SUMMER WELLNESS BREAKFASTS:
9 Tuesday mornings, June 10 – Aug 5, 7:30 – 8:45 a.m., on the Anderson Center porch at the farm.
We gather each week for a simple healthy breakfast, and then a discussion of a book about healthy living, and how to care for our precious bodies. The textbook for this summer is Casey Means, Good Energy: The Surprising Connection Between Metabolism and Limitless Health, which offers an interesting look at how our energy is key to so much of our health. Participants will be asked to purchase a copy of the book and to read the Intro and Chapter 1 by the first gathering. Please register by June 5 so that we know how many to prepare for.
