We invite you to an autumn weekend of great sales and country fun at the Children’s Farm—with a farmer’s market, crafts, and vendors, plus hayrides, farm animals, pumpkin patch, live music and food from the grill. With good weather, we anticipate over 2000 guests!
Vendors: Any vendor selling a ready to consume, edible or drinkable product, must register as a food vendor. Please note that no sales of bottled water, canned sodas or main meal/lunch items will be allowed (for example, no taco trucks or BBQ smokers will be permitted). We will not allow any food vending that directly competes with our own food sales. All food vendors must be approved by the organization. If your registration is denied, a refund will be issued.
Merchandise vendor spaces cost $30 per day or $50 for the weekend. Food/beverage vendor spaces cost $60 per day or $100 for the weekend.
We charge a low price, in order to attract a large number of vendors and thus a huge crowd, which makes everyone happy! As always, we remind vendors that all merchandise at the festival should be appropriate for a wholesome family event and that no alcohol is allowed at the farm.
You may call to ask if there are other vendors who plan to sell your same product, but please understand that we take no responsibility for assuring that won’t happen.
Set up time for vendors is between 8 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. In order to reduce the danger posed by moving vehicles, no vehicles are allowed to enter or leave the farm during the event (between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.). Please note that vendor spaces will be assigned based on our event layout. We will guarantee a 15’X10’ space.

- Set up begins at 8:00a.m.
- Vehicles are allowed to unload near spots but must park in lower parking lot
- All vehicles must be removed from drives before 9:55a.m.
