Chef Kat has created a beautiful progression of dishes, from tender braised beef short rib and crusted pork tenderloin to freshly baked breads, sweets, and vibrant vegetables that reflect the richness of late summer and fall harvests.
Pasture-raised meats, eggs and honey from our own SAGE program are highlighted alongside produce from O.A.K. Farm and other local growers. Each course will be paired with a unique handcrafted, non-alcoholic beverage, designed to bring out the flavors and invite you to linger in the experience.
